The Body Beam©, a Stepper Exercise Machine, and a Ski Exercise Machine
Summary
The following table illustrates the average s output from each area of the body using the three (3) different exercise devices. In each instance, the Body Beam activated more motor units (muscle fibers) than did the skier or stepper.

The table indicates that when used as manufacturer suggests:
