Comparative Caloric Expenditure
Body Beam® and NordicTrack©
Summary
The results of this study indicate that for unconditioned, new users, the Unified Movement recommended on The Body Beam®, can produce as much calorie burn, on average, as does the NordicTrack© for the same classification of subjects. Based on these findings, claims such as the following can be justified.
