Summary
Since The Body Beam® produces significantly more muscle activation in a single repetition than does the SoloFlex© or the NordicFlex Gold©, more muscle can be activated over a shorter period of time using The Body Beam®. This results in a significantly shorter and more efficient workout where all your time is spent in actually working out the muscles.
Based on our statistical findings, the Table below represents the time required and muscle activated as the result of a typical workout.

1. For The Body Beam®, an exercise involving 175 repetitions of the Unified Movement result in a total of 90,000 micro volts of muscle activation and is completed in approximately ten (10) minutes.
2. For the SoloFlex© or NordicFlex Gold© an exercise involving 236 repetitions of five (5) different recommended movements results in a total of approximately 60,000 microvolts of muscle activation and is completed in approximately 35 minutes.
Based on the study results, any claim, which emphasizes that The Body Beam® can activate more muscle in one repetition than the SoloFlex© or NordicFlex Gold©, seems justified.
