Summary
During the Unified Movement on the Body Beam, the range of motion at the shoulder joint was about 165 degrees with upper arms extension-flexion-extension. The range of motion at the elbow joint was about 101 degrees with forearms flexion-extension, and the range of motion at the wrist joint was about 52 degrees with hands flexion-extension-hyperextension.
For an individual weighing 130 pounds, the maximum muscle force experienced on the Body Beam was 148.79 pounds. The minimum muscle force was 60.83 pounds at level 11, and the maximum muscle force was 59.97 pounds. The minimum muscle force was 22.02 pounds at level 1.
For an individual weighing 180 pounds, the maximum muscle force experienced on the Body Beam was 197.49 pounds. The minimum muscle force was 80.87 pounds at level 11, and the maximum muscle force was 79.35 pounds. The minimum muscle force was 28.89 pounds at level 1.
